H1N1 VACCINE

For Fire Department, Medical, and Law Enforcement First Responders:

Below you will find a memo for Knox County first responders pertaining to the availability of H1N1 Vaccine.  Please be advised that this memo pertains only to the availability of Flu Mist; therefore, the questionnaire and VIS (Vaccine Information Statement) pertain only to that type of vaccine.

As a side note, if some of the first responders would like to come in groups that would be great; if possible,  please call Mary at the Knox County Health Department (309-344-2224) in advance to let her know so they can be ready when they come in.
